sowhat is an independent Roblox game studio focused on making games that are fun, polished, and player-first.

## Our Values

#### Get shit done

We embrace autonomy and trust ourselves to have the ability to get the task at hand done in the best way we can. We don't throw up smokescreens for the sake of it.

#### Speak and listen

We question, we challenge and we listen - to players, to each other, and to the data. Every project starts with curiosity and ends with clarity. Player experience leads the way.

#### Let's fix this

Games (and platforms) can be overwhelming. Bloated menus, unclear progression, cheap monetization. It doesn’t have to be that way. We build with clarity, respect for the player, and a mindset of "make it better."

#### Have a laugh

We don't take ourselves seriously - for two reasons. One, it's more fun. Two, we leave the seriousness for our customers and their goals, that way we're always ready to deliver. Plus, who doesn't love a pun or two?
